"Good "

"Where do I begin? The live bullets in the parking lot, the car windows being broken, the door lock on our room that didn’t work and then we were told there was no other rooms. Then we had a dog bark for 2.5 hours to which we couldn’t reach the front desk because you only get a busy signal. Corporate was called then got us connected to the front desk to which they said, the guest is at a concert and won’t be home for over an hour. Then the hotel proceeded to over charge me by over $500. Now I’ve been fighting to refund my money for two days."

"The property was lovely. The rooms were extremely clean, but what made my experience top-tier….. Were the employees!!! There were three people that I saw working during my stay. They were all African-American. There was a Lady, a younger gentleman and an older gentleman. All of them were just wonderful. I wasn’t a fan of the parking situation, but it was in downtown so it is what it is but due to how wonderful the staff was I’d come back again even though I didn’t enjoy the parking situation. But I will say the hotel is amazing and the fact that they give you a deal where you can pay $30 and you can go in and out all you want all day and night and not have to worry about parking so the hotel definitely made up for it."

"We loved our stay at The Brown Hotel! Charming older hotel. Restaurant/bars were wonderful, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Location was a little away from 4th St and Whiskey Row, but easy 1 mile walk to attractions. Highly recommend The Brown Hotel!"

"If your looking for an awesome clean state of the art facility this isn't it. This building is old, out side is dirty, homeless and people sitting around talking. Old broken down vechiles in the parking lot. The lobby was way outdated it was neat and clean. The room was clean but very basic. It was an experience for sure. But if your looking for a place to sleep and not planning on hanging out in your room this is the place. Would I stay there again? All depending on what was going on and the budget at that time!"
