We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

Really appreciated the cleaners efforts, the room was always serviced and the condiments replaced daily. Much appreciated! "It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking "

"It’s a good apartment to stay for a couple of days but the location is not great. No shops/restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car. "

"Spacious room and very clean. No towel heaters with towels out of reach. Nice kitchenette with all its trimmings plus microwave. The only thing I didn’t like is the shower head. Parking is free and plenty of it."

"A comfortable accommodation choice for an overnight stay. Helpful staff and clean rooms. We stayed two different nights on transit - more attention is needed on their bathroom showers. They take forever to heat up and the shower heads are in need to upgrade."
