"The hotel advertises there's a gym. But it didn't have electric power, and when I asked the reception he said it will automatically start at 7:00 AM. I asked why? he said "for your safety"! I am not sure how 7:00 AM is not safe, but 7:01 is safe... Anyways the other smarter receptionist said they can't start it until 7:00 AM because the gym is located between the rooms. So this is a Hotel Design flaw. Lastly, if my working day starts at 8:00 AM, then this gym is practically useless."

"The room was ice cold and the heating fans just blow out cold air, i turn the small radiator on but with the room so cold it could not warm the room up so i sleept under two duvets. I was then woken up regularly with the sound of dripping and running water in the fan system. Shame as when I stayed last time was a very nice experience. "

They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception.
