All the restaurant staff were excellent and also the food. The reception staff were extremly poor. I arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport, they forgot, i asked five times to repair the safe, it is still not working. I was unable to turn of a light in my room to sleep. I had to go down twice to get somebody to do it. Very strange, the hotel was trying to be a classy property but it was on a causeway in the docks. The only way out was through an encampment, over railway lines and through building sites. As the encampment had no sanitation everything went into the water. Because this was almost completely closed by the causeway nothing was swept away by the tides.
