I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed my stay immensely. It is close to downtown without being downtown and in a great neighborhood. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the TV technology was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

We came up to stay at this hotel to go to COSI with our grandson. The hotel was an excellent location. The staff is very helpful and the room was perfect for our stay, the convenience of taking the shuttle to and from COSI was an added perk. We would definitely stay here again.

Will stay here every trip I take to this area clean, friendly staff, helpful and the parking was excellent. Many places to eat in the area and if you don't want to drive just walk out the front door and I believe the restaurant name is Past Time delicious 😋 and friendly staff as well.

The hotel was beautiful and the free breakfast superb, it was a little pricey, and they didn’t clean my room. My shower was clogged and the water drained slowly but Ii was able to shower so I didn’t report it to staff.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room was outstanding. The only issue we had was that the shower handle was loose and didn't maintain alignment to shower properly, as well as the water never getting hot, it maintained lukewarm during showers.

Location decent . Not enough or any really towel bars in bathroom. Garbage cans in common areas were always overflowing. Coffee ran out multiple times at breakfast . Food was just ok at breakfast. Eggs were awful. Cold French toast. All waters and soda at front desk were very expensive. No indication that there is actually food you can order from the kitchen..I happened to ask since it said there was an on site restaurant and the front desk gave me a menu . Wouldn’t stay again with all the choices in the area.
