Very nice. Check in was a breeze. The lady that checked us in was a delight! So sweet. Room was nice, clean as well as bathroom. Loved that there was lots of towels🤗 Not that we needed them all, but nice to have instead of having to call for additional. Every person working at the front were happy & very welcoming.

First time staying at a Hampton Inn. It was the closest hotel to Round Top for the antique sale that had availability. The beds were the best and i am a bad sleeper. I slept thru the night. It was a miracle. The breakfast was good but for a free breakfast it was adequate. I would definitely go back if I come back to this area.

Terrible Hotel experience

After checking in we went to our room to find the beds had unmade dirty linens still on beds. We were moved to another room were the carpet was found to be wet all around the air conditioner. My grandchildren were so looking forward to swimming and the pool bottom was found to have black mold everywhere. The hot tub was partial drained and appeared to have vomit in it. Electricy went out at midnight and we ultimately had to load the kids up and leave at 2:15am and head home.

Had a very nice stay at the Hampton Inn in LaGrange. Staff is friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel are nice and clean, and the breakfast area beats most I’ve encountered. Fresh, clean, plenty of room. Overall, a great place to land during antiquing trips in the area!

I called early in the day to let them know I’d be checking in late. Upon arrival around 10pm, it took more than 10 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk to assist. My room was on the 2nd floor. As soon as I exited the elevator I could feel the heat, like they don’t air condition the hallways. There were multiple young adults/teens sitting in the stairwell and hallway. When I got to my room and started to get ready for bed I noticed the carpet felt moist and sticky. Once I pulled back the covers I found a dead bug in the sheets. Ended up going back down to the front desk in pajamas to ask for another room. The 2nd room was on the 3rd floor and had a terrible few/mold odor and the room just felt humid and wet. It never did get cooled off. I decided just to sleep there a few hours and then head home rather than going back downstairs to ask for another room. Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at.
