The hot tub/spa was gone (cemented over perhaps recently). I was very disappointed to say the least. I let them know that was not a wise decision and that could be a reason someone opts to book with them vs. A competitor. I've stayed at this location before and really liked it. The next time I come back to the area, I may need to reconsider. Ever since my first visit with this hotel brand in another state, I try to see if there are any in the area where I'm going when I travel because of the price, amenities, clean, bed are normally very comfortable etc.

The only reason we booked here was for the hotel pool and hot tub. The pool was so cold the kids tried to swim in it and lasted less than ten minutes. The hot tub was also broken and unable to be used. The room was clean, but the bed sunk in the middle so it was very uncomfortable with two people sleeping on it and sinking inward.
