"It is definitely an older property. Our air conditioner was broken so we were quite warm duirng our 1 day stay. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk,they said they would make a note of it...no apology, no “we’ll fix it”."

Drury Plaza Hotel Columbus Downtown
"I understand the need for appropriate staffing and having the pool open, but due to the festivities I was in town for, I was not able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub due to the hours of operations. That was a bummer for me. Otherwise, you have an excellent facility and staff."
