The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a large counter and is nice. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The casino is on the smaller side and therefore the smell of cigarette smoke was stronger throughout the property than I have experienced at other casino hotels

Our first time. It was beautiful. Rooms clean, casino clean. Very affordable. Town is old but a lot of history. Absolutely loved Boonville, Missouri and the casino. My only complaints were only 1 elevator was working and I wish they had more food opportunities. The opportunities available closed at 10. Staff was fabulous. Wife and I will definitely come back.

6/10 Okay

The hotel is ok, room was pretty clean but not totally clean and room was nice. However the mandatory extra fees were a little much - $10 to check in an hour early a $10 resort fee for such things as supposedly free parking and $11 for taxes that I thought were included as part of what I originally paid for the room were sprung on us at check-in. With the $50 deposit they took this all was almost as much as what I paid Expedia for the room itself. My companions not only had the same thing happen to them but today found that the $81 check in charges were charged twice to their card. BAD, BAD, BAD

We stayed here for the room which was really well taken care of and up to date. However, the room was smoky, even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff was helpful and ran an ionizer for it. However, later that evening and certainly during the rest of the trip while we stayed there, it was still quite smoky.

Stayed for one night passing through. Room was very nice, staff were excellent. Shower was very good. Restaurant was delicious- only check their hours and days open. I was there on a Monday and needed to drive short distance for breakfast. The bar gave me milk to use for my morning coffee since they only have out the powdered cream. Coffee is out all day though.

Overall stay was very good. Carpet in the room needed to be cleaned, but the room and bathroom were clean, and the towels were nice. Smoke from the casino was bothersome and drifted into the restaurant, but don't think that can be controlled.
