When we got to our room we had trash still on tables, the trash can was not changed, the toilet seat was broken in half, there was a cockroach, and it has a horrid smell. However, my dads room didn’t have any of this, just a stink and neither tv would come on.

The property was passible but not the La Quinta brand. The service was poor as I had to ask 2 days to get blankets. The breakfast was poor and seemed like they were just leftovers.

First of all, Expedia reserved a handicap king room. They didn't have any or any other king bed rooms. All they had was double bed rooms. Room is made for pets, which we brought our two dogs. There is visible damage, which has been repaired, but noticeable. Only one wash cloth for two people. Asked for a couple more towels and another wash cloth. They had none. The area the hotel is in, does have some questionable characters milling about. I am not familiar with the area, so that may have been a me problem. Overall, not the best stay I have had, but not the worst. I did like that they are pet friendly, have clearly marked areas for the dogs to use and bags to help clean up the waste. They offer a continental breakfast which is nice.

I have stayed here before but never past the 1st floor. I did not like it. The a/c did not work, we could not cast to the TV, and the ice machines and lobby bathroon were under repair. Also, because I have monilit issue because I have mobility issues.
