The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was well maintained, the air conditioning worked great and parking was easy and convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good place to stay while visiting the area. I didn’t have any major issues and would stay here again. The only issues are the elevators.

The small check-in girl had the most amazing “zero f**ks” attitude as she vaguely waved us in the general direction of our room. The room was ok, the holes in the ceiling and the tub caulking that got all over my foot (I perched my foot to shave the first night- did not repeat the mistake again). Fridge was a good sized. No housekeeping was offered, but didn’t need it. So that may be a concern for some that do want daily service. Bring your own pillows if you don’t like small squishy ones. Questionable characters hang out in the parking lot, especially at night. The Mexican restaurant in the parking lot was *chefs kiss* really amazing. We ended up eating there 2 times, which is not something we normally do when on vacation (duplicate visits). For breakfast, travel down the road to Urban Egg or Snooze. They do brunch style 7 days a week and close around 2pm. Both were outstanding.

Trash all over the property. Homeless hanging out in the parking lot. Elevator didn't work. Was not impressed. Location was great for Garden of the God's. Easy to get to and exit the parking lot. Plenty of parking.

It’s ok. No room service on daily basis to clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Everything we have to collect from the front office. I would suggest if you come to Colorado make sure they can provide daily room service. Only thing that’s was good that staff was cooperative and pleasant.

Very poor maintenance over all. The bottom step going to 2nd floor is too high, which is a code violation and a safety hazard. In fact, I tripped and fell into the rail, which was very rough, and shaky...The bathroom door was difficult to close and the bathtub was dirty. I will say this...the beds and pillows were actually comfortable...

The staff here is very helpful and attentive to your needs. The rooms are always clean as well as the lobby. They attend the desk 24 hours and they always come right out to help you . Very nice play to stay.

They put me on the 3 floor with NO WORKING Elevator. Stairs super crazy to walk up. You had cement or stainless steel stairs with the hand rail with duck tape wrapped on some of the hand rails. Room was clean BUT no working TV and one extra in the closet that didn't WORK ( 2 tv that didn't work. They have a pool but it was covers and it was a high of 80's all three days. Dog area was not clean, old poop still seen. The breakfast was horrible, they have a juice machine for apple and orange but the machine didn't work. They offer waffles but had NO batter or butter, the had cereal but NO milk. Other guest we ran into had dirty bedding and no towels. They had a homeless person living behind their trash can. For what I paid for July 4 it was not worth my stay and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay their.

The staff was friendly. The room was okay. The only thing I didn't understand was a $100 security deposit. I feel like that is a little steep for the quality of the place. Especially when there's not a single item in that room that would cost over $25 to replace. I stay at hyatts and Hilton's, and their security deposits are $50 at most.

STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The exterior of the building was in absolute shambles that rust was everywhere, even on the broken concrete steps. The convenient breakfast was also terrible with little to no better options, just cereal, toast and waffles. The juice machine was out of order just like the elevators on site that’s been out of order for months. Our room was somewhat clean but there were spots of unclean areas. The ac unit, lights, tv, fridge and microwave did work. I did have hot water in the bathroom. There was plenty of parking and its location is very convenient to the highway. If you want to stay somewhere cheap and close to the highway, okay here. But if you are staying in a multi days trip, go somewhere else.

Fight outside my door at 2 am. No hot water. Low water pressure. No breakfast really. 2 toast and 2 bagels but no cream cheese. Juice was good though. You get what you pay for. Was stuck in a snow storm. Also deposit of 100 that I have not gotten back yet 2 days later.
