Loved the breakfast buffet and customer service. Extremely close to the Broadmoor World Arena for our skating competition! We really enjoyed using the full kitchen as well. They could use larger cooking pan for the hot induction burner. We did purchase one at the Target nearby along with our groceries which was super convenient

My only complaint is that we booked an king sized bed and when we got In it was a double bed with no explanation as to why. The place was spotless, smelled clean but not chemically, and had everything we needed.

For a family of five with three little ones, the room amenities, the kitchenette, the cleanliness of the room the spacious part of the room was amazing. The staff was really helpful and took care of us. We needed a broom to sweep up and they provided a broom, simple things like that go along the way. Breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel is ideal, especially if you’re gonna go to Cheyenne Mountain zoo.

We had such an amazing stay! Staff were always helpful and present. Breakfast was hot and consistently re stocked. They had great areas for pets and the room worked perfect for my family of 6. We will definitely be back next time

This was a good choice. It was quiet and clean. There were multiple food choices for breakfast, including my favorite oatmeal with brown sugar and cranberries. Having an in-room kitchenette made it easy to plan for our lighter meals. There was plenty of accessible parking, too. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was well set up and equipped for extended stays: quality office chair, lots of storage space, a curtain to separate bed area from kitchenette, pull out table for working or eating, etc. Decor was a little gloomy, and only 3 pillows on the bed; odd placement of elevator requires long trek to rooms at the end of hallway. Full size fridge, but no cooktop.

When we first checked in the Girl was not nice AT ALL, she didnt greet, she was very blunt and couldn’t even say Your welcome when i thanked her for the room keys. The rooms were clean, although it felt a little humid. We stayed 2 nights and the trashes were never taken out, i had to keep taking it out myself to keep the room from smelling like food, also had to ask receptionists for extra towels. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and so was the pregnant lady that checked us out. Breakfast was great! Well stocked and lots of options. Also i loved that they have guest laundry. Overall i give it 3.5 stars
