"Very nice experience checking in. Actually felt like they were glad to see us. The room was spotless and big. The hotel was large and we parked in the back near our room. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary meals we’ve ever had. We ate there every morning of our stay. The bar was a nice spot to have a nightcap and appetizer in the evening. We used the shuttle to the airport on our last day there. Checked in the day before we left to get on the list and it was very prompt and was only a 5 minute ride."

"Shower wasn’t draining, bathroom was very dirty. Coffee maker was terrible, took forever to heat up and pushed out grounds (Keurig). Bulb out in bathroom, hair on bathroom floor. Housekeeping tried to come in our room at 9:30am, checkout is 11am. Walls are very thin, could hear adjacent room occupants talking, coughing, etc."

"Everything was great except one MAJOR item. Both beds were worn out and caved in to the middle of the mattress like shallow ponds. Ridiculous for a hotel to have worn out mattresses knowing damn well that the main thing about staying at a hotel is good sleep and rest. Come on best western. Yall know better."
