"Good location in downtown Orlando with a good staff."

"The valet desk was empty and cars were parked blocking the entrance. The areas at the entrance were not clean, The room was clean but very dated, open electrical panel, flush was not working well. The beds were comfortable and it served the purpose as the room was big, as we had a pet with us. Overall not the best stay."

"Very nice place"

"Pool was not heated and laundry was not complimentary. Not very impressive coffee machines. Rest was excellent."

"My 3rd time there, all good."

"Property was great, quick check in, restaurant was great. Room was great. Check in staff and dining room staff were great. Only issue was leaving at 5:15am this morning desk staff was sound asleep with pillow around his neck. Barely woke up and opened eyes to take my keys. Then back to sleep. Several people walked up and walked away, I guess not wanting to wake him. Not a very professional look."

"This would have been a nice hotel 20+ years ago but it is not nice for 2026 standards. Everything is obviously outdated. Negatives include the curtains not blocking all the light into the room and the air conditioning being unadjustable and unable to be turned off as well. Additionally there is a $17 PLUS TAX fee per for parking a car. It is labeled as a 3.5 star hotel, and as someone who constantly travels it would be a 2 at best. There are many many hotels in the area, I would not recommend...

"Room was spacious and clean. Fresh towels every day. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Well lit parking lot."

"I been comming for the third time to this place. Mosty because of the location. In the last reservation I made a 2 night reservation instead of 3. The manager send me an email about it, I later responded to just charge me another night . They took my belonguings and put it in a bag. My things were not pack as I obviosly was not ready to leave! Documents That i needed to work on fliying away in the lobby since they asked me to do a different reservation for another night, and end up taking a room...

"The room had items left behind from previous guests. The water drips on a metal plate in the shower all night and if the door isn’t closed you hear it all night. The computer chair was broken/ripped . Breakfast was ok. The hotel was ok. We were charged $19 dollars a night for self parking."
