"I was surprised by the state of our room considering we have stayed here before and it was great last time. This time however, there were strands of hair EVERYWHERE. On the floor, in the shower, on some of the towels. Considering we both have extremely low cut hair (buzzed), we knew it wasn’t from us. Other than that, it was okay. The view of the ocean was nice. "

"Very noisy property right next to the public transit station. Location is near downtown historic area other than that I would not stay at this property again."

"The location felt unsafe, this is not a family friendly area. Sketchy motel next door, homelessness and I wouldn't be surprised if there was night walkers. I was definitely worried about my car and we did not leave the hotel for safety. The staff at the front desk were very nice. Unfortunately, whoever they hire for cleaning is just robbing them. We moved rooms and the second was no better. Dried up vomit in the waste bin in the room, which a cleaning staff member just ignored. Hair on the floor. Bathroom not clean, urine stains on the underside of the toilet, bowl water stained, shower was too sketchy to use. Walls were paper thin, we used a sound machine to block it out. They were supposed to have breakfast but that staff member didn't show up so there was nothing. We left the hotel at 7am. If it wasn't for the fact that we arrived late and needed sleep for one night, we would have left. I know it's cheaper but we were definitely not comfortable, felt safe, or clean. "

"It was a great stay, beautiful hotel and rooms right on the riverfront. Spectacular views of the passing ships and very comfortable. Great amenities as well."

"Ok I love the location of this hotel but it wasn't a good stay and for $344 a night I expected more!!! The tv didn't work and the water would random go to a trickle and go cold before getting hot again. Also the bathroom made some very load noise randomly as my kids try to sleep. They did renovations quickly and sloppy that it makes the room look dirty. I have reach out with document of all of this, waiting to hear back."
