"I booked a room a week in advance. I’ve been driving for hours. Got to the hotel at around 2 AM to check into my room. Once I arrived, they advised me that they didn’t have any rooms left. I showed them my confirmation code. The money was pending on my account for the room as well. They would not give me a room. I ended up having to try to find another hotel at 2:30 in the morning. A terrible experience with this hotel."

"It’s clean which matters most to me."

"For the price it was excellent"

"The hotel was beautiful and clean! Breakfast was delicious and I loved eating it on the outdoor patio! I had a very important virtual work meeting and they allowed me to use their conference room, which was also decorated very cute!"

"I love that cold filtered water was available. It was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Even some gluten free bagels available."

"Overall good!"

"The floor in the room was not very clean, better dusting & mopping. Outside dog area trash needs dumped."

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The pool was overly chlorinated, so I couldn't use it. Also, the breakfast was not good and was limited in the availability of items. For the price, though, I would stay here again."

"Rooms are old. Property looks very old. Bed and bathroom are not up to mark."

"There was an absolutely gorgeous and enormous pumpkin/fall decor display at the doors - so pretty! The room was very clean and smelled good. Great deal on a great hotel! Skipped free breakfast though for the divine Folklore Coffee shop in downtown Corbin."

"room was musty Floor was sticky Staff was helpful wouldn't stay here again"

"They have never ask me for security deposit but did this time. Had a Kool aid stain on a towel and wouldn't give my money back"

"pool was closed and drink machines all out of order. Staff was awesome though !"
