"The staff were very kind and very helpful. We loved the hoppers and the Sri Lankan soup in the morning buffet. I wish they had more authentic Sri Lankan dishes offered at the dinner buffet. We ate there twice and would have loved to have jackfruit curry as well as banana curry. The room is very comfortable. I asked for blankets and we directly got them. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

"Busy hotel with many events and options. Rooms are small but clean. Shower has “pin you to the wall” pressure and that often floods bathroom. We’ve had several stays in different rooms and floors- all same shower experience . Room staff is kind and efficient. Restaurants are good but breakfast gets repetitive. Front desk and lobby staff are welcoming and caring. Prime location to get about Colombo and convenient to mall and beach. Nicely maintained and ambiance is real."

"In the last 2 years we have stayed at this hotel 6 times with no regrets. There’s not a better hotel staff in Colombo—- from the general managers to the front desk to the concierge team to room care even the restaurant and bar staff all deliver 6 star service and care. Property facades needs a little upkeep attention but no lack of ambience or cleanliness. We feel like we’re returning home to family each visit. Looking forward to more stays soon."
