I have been staying at Colombo Hilton for many years. It is my favourite hotel. The staff are very friendly and they go out of the way to help your need. The property is spot on. Breakfast is excellent and I hope that I will get free breakfast included in my next trip. I am unable to comment about the sea view as I was given a room facing the entrance of the hotel

Fantastic hotel! Rooms are beautiful and spacious with magnificent views. The quality of the dinner buffet is outstanding , and the views of the garden are beautiful.

We had the executive room on the 15th floor. Fabulous views , especially at night. Fantastic spatious rooms. No complaints. except that the wifi did stop working twice, and had to be reset by the staff. ( without this it would have been the highest score ) When we were there, there was also a summit of armee/government officials of several countries. That resulted in a very safe environment, sometimes there were already 4 security guards on our floor. We enjoyed it and when we visit Colombo again we will stay in the Hilton again.

This is a great hotel and for me the location was fantastic. Comfy bed, quiet room, great staff, food was also great. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel does everything really well, but it is also a pretty large property, so it is pretty busy at all times, but I would definitely stay here again.

All of the staff were very attentive to all of our needs. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. The breakfast buffet was amazing. If you needed anything not in the buffet , the staff would try to accommodate your special needs . All of the managers were friendly and accommodated any special needs that We requested. The Hotel is in a great location close to the ocean . The only issue We found was that the pool was located far from the main building. It was a struggle to get to the pool because of the distance and stairs to get there. Otherwise the pool area was very clean and a great size . Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Srilanka.
