Hotel is definitely family friendly! The staff were exceptional, always smiling and asking if we needed anything. Housekeeping kept our towels stocked and garbage emptied daily. Breakfast was delicious, and the 5:30 kickback was a huge money saver while staying with kids as we only had to dine out once per day. They also loved the free popcorn and soda! The location is close to tons of shopping and the drive to St.Louis was short and easy. We would definitely come back.

We were placed on the bittom floor near the pool. There was a feel/smell of dampness. The hall way floor looked like it was wet. I am not a pet lover, a consumera and pet walking freely through the hotel. There's need for no pets rooms and area.
