Room was a bit warm, air con did not have good circulation and beds were somewhat comfortable. It was a nice room and they did a good job remodeling the hotel. Clean and comfortable space.

Bar & bartender were great! Front desk customer service was great!
Most of the staff was very friendly & helpful. The bar doesn't display the alcohol bottles so customers don't realize the bar serves it. Our bartender needs training on hospitality associated with customer service. Being more attentive to the customers & not sitting in a booth on their phone. They should at least try to show they are happy to be there. Parts of the hotel appears to be under construction. The ceiling was exposed concrete & you could see the electrical conduit. The light fixtures were ceramic fixtures normally used in closets. The lights had metal guards normally used in construction areas.

The room was in great condition very clean. The staff at the front desk were kind, bed was very nice but we didn't get to enjoy a good night's sleep. We didn’t take part in the pool, bar/restaurants but a lot of people were and seemed to be enjoying their time. Our biggest and only complaint was the noise! We were on the 4th floor and the walls are paper thin! You can hear other guest stomping around the hall and you can VERY clearly hear other guest around you using the restroom no just the toilet flushing but actively voiding, even with the television on (it was worse than beings on a cruise ship). This was quite unfortunate as we had to be up early and were awakened by kids and people walking down the hall and slamming of doors. Our only other complaint which was the price gouging that happened. We booked this hotel the weekend of the ice storm and the rate was 160 + fee. We had to cancel due to the storm we rebooked for feb 7th and were charged 230+ fees same room ,on a weekend as the previous booking was. All because there was a college basketball game in the area. I get that happens everywhere and said whatever and this is worth it because its a luxury boutique hotel, but truly the noise! For a luxury hotel the walls shouldn't be so thin. We would have rather stayed at a La Quintana and be charged the same price (which it was, we checked).

Downstairs area is great, especially if you have a big party. The rooms are small and, although they’ve been remodeled still feel older and a bit musky. The staff was great and the location is convenient.
Breakfast wasn’t free, at 730 am you could hear the cleaning vacuuming next room and house keeping making noise. Check out is at 11am and house keeping was knocking on our door at 10am. Didn’t appreciate that.

Everything was great. Friendly, clean, close to places to eat and very close to campus. Great spot. Room was nice and clean. Only negative was our room faced the parking lot on first floor so car lights flashed straight into the room. Make sure there are no cracks with blackout curtain.

The air in the entire place was stuffy. It was like there was poor ventilation or something. Even though it was pretty cool outside, I was glad to walk out and get some fresh air. Hotel was overpriced, even with renovations being done.
