They offered me a new room on the last night of my stay. I was there for four days with my children. That made for a really boring stay on top of them not having a pool."

"The free breakfast was really good. And the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable too!"

"I requested a room not on the first floor but was given Room 103 which is just off the lobby, next to the noisy laundry and facing the parking lot. It felt unsafe and I had to keep the curtains tightly closed at all times. I was told a different room was not possible because a group was coming later that week. I was there 5 days so it's not clear why one of the other people arriving later in the week could not have this room. There is no internet signal in the room. I had to go in the hall or the lobby to get a signal so I could not work in my room all week. I asked the front desk several times for help with this but since the phone connected there, she did not offer a solution for connectivity in the room. My stay at this Best Western in February was a much better experience. I'm in the area frequently and I am considering going back to the Hampton Inn, where I have stayed for other trips and did not have these issues."
