It was also extremely well equipped with everything we might need for our stay. Annie our host left us with a very generous and delicious hamper for breakfast, we would highly recommend it."

"I made a mistake with the booking date, and the host was great at helping me change it. Good location if visiting family in Temuka. Rooms are a bit cold (not unusual for NZ buildings - poor insulation is the norm for older buildings in NZ). The motel provides heaters in each room, which helped. Across the street from Night & Day dairy, good for snacks and supplies. A good option in the small town of Temuka if you dont want to trek from Timaru or Geraldine."

"We booked through Expedia it said standard room but not that we had the mini standard room that wasn't part of the main motel units more like a sleepout on the end of the office. It was really small, no heating or fan in the bathroom, the water pressure was terrible, the bed and pillows old and uncomfortable and there was a noise most of the night that sounded like a washing machine or water running. I'll never book with Trivago, Expedia or the Conmadore Motel again."

"Simple room, fine for my quick stay away. The heat pump set the fire alarm off twice, 1st time at 4am my first morning, it maybe needs a good clean, the staff's solution was just to take down the fire alarm. Shower was clearly showing wear and tear with clear pink mould, microwave and jug area wasn't the cleanest and all the cutlery was odd and not matching which seemed a little strange for a motel. Curtains only just closed, which was a little concerning as that was the only privacy to the...
