We booked non AC rooms and the room is spacious and there is a window for ventilation, the double bed is quite wide too. The down side is that there are only two plug points(in a three person room), so carry one of those multiplug things to charge your devices.

The Hotel Chanma wasn't a terrible Hotel given the price we paid. The check in process was somewhat slow; the Hotel had been expecting us, yet it took some time to ready the room.
The room was relatively clean, although there were suspicions at whether the sheets had been washed. The staff was helpful and ready to attend to most requests.
We were leaving early in the morning and had wanted to arrange transportation, which the staff had stated they would attend to. We were alarmed to find in the morning that nothing had been arranged and the desk staff was making calls at that moment to try and get transportation. It could have ended badly had we not ensured extra time to catch our train.

"Welcome" mit Fragezeichen...
Anfangs war alles ok. Man hat uns sogar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, weil die Klimaanlage im ersten Zimmer fast ganz auseinandergebrochen war.
Da auf der Frontpage das Hotel mit einem swimmingpool wirbt, gingen wir davon aus dass dies zum Standard gehört. Umso mehr waren wir erstaunt, dafür zahlen zu müssen. Hinzu kommt, dass der Herr von der Rezeption dies zur Ruhezeit mittags bei uns erst telefonisch und dann sogar persönlich an der Zimmertür einforderte. Fehlende Freundlichkeit kam noch dazu. Man forderte uns auf, hotels.com mitzuteilen, dass das Baden im pool kostenpflichtig sei.
Ein Hotel, das in seinem Titel das Wort "international" trägt, müsste auch ein Frühstück anzubieten fähig sein, welches diesem Titel entspricht. Alles andere als das war der Fall... selbst die in ganz Indien bekannte "mixed fruit" Konfitüre war nicht zu bekommen...
Das Hotel schreibt auf Poster und auf den Boden aussen hin "welcome" und "proudly invites you", handelt aber nicht danach...
