"Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area."

"The property is great and very interesting. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so if you have a big suitcase, you'll need to drag it up and down the stairs. The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of all the water that has been getting into the bottom of it (swelled up with time). Otherwise, the grounds are greatly maintained and beautiful. "Nice hotel, with comfortable and modern rooms (e.g. a wireless charging place for your phone). Handily located between the station and the main "tourist area", with nearby restaurants, Martell a short walk away, and a handy supermarket across the road."

"At first, we were surprised to find that the accommodation is attached to a senior residence. However, it turned out to be a really nice place to stay. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Cognac houses and the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down during our stay, but aside from that, we had a pleasant experience."

"From the moment we first arrived we were greated with a warm and friendly smile to help us get settled in with ease. The location is superb - being just less than a leisurely 10 minute walk to the different shops and eateries downtown. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. The staff was very helpful with everything - including securing a taxi at one of the busiest times of the year! 10/10 Highly Recommend"
