"didn't like the outside entry people walking past our room at all hours. booked a shuttle to the port told to be in the lobby 10:15 for the 10:30 shuttle that didn't show up. now 11 am informed the front desk that said oh they are busy probably running a little behind it's cruise day. not good enough ..."
