The picture of the hotel need to be updated. The room was dirty and sheets had stains. In addition the hotel says that it is pet friendly but does not mention that they an expensive charge for each pet. I arrived 20 minutes early and they would not let me in even though hotel was empty.

The room smelled awful as soon as I walked in — a mix of old, dirty, and smoky odors. The towels were extremely worn out, falling apart, and no longer white. Although the room was clean, it desperately needs maintenance: rust in several areas, peeling vinyl flooring, and a bathroom in poor condition. There was also no hot water. The most disappointing part was the attitude of the front desk and restaurant staff. The only positives were the food and the basic cleanliness of the room, despite its very outdated condition.

My reservation had to be reentered in system. I requested a king or queen single bed. The attendant asked which I preferred double or 1 bed. I replied. One bed. Gave me the key and it was a double bed room. I went down to clear it up. She gave me a king bed but the ac had a wet towel under it. Only had one towel for my husband and I. It was not a great check in. Towels were not very white. Bathtub was a bit slippery could use a plastic shower mat option. Which didn’t.
