"We cannot fault the service staff food and the location excellent it's just the overall finish needs some renovation to the outside finish,it's a bit tired but all that aside we enjoyed our stay staff were all very polite and helpful great. "
"Lovely brand new hotel.
Comfortable bed, well thought through room with full length mirror, plenty of storage and the mirror in the bathroom doesn’t fog when you’ve had a shower. Little things like that make a big difference. I really like the eco friendly focus and it was totally fine to walk to the water, tea and coffee station on the floor. Staff were more than helpful, and the hotel was beautifully clean.
Water pressure could be better."

"Conveniently situated only 5 minutes drive from my first appointment of the following day, I got checked in with a warm reception from the staff. I have stayed there twice before so had an idea of what to expect. I had one of the external ground floor rooms which made it easier to go back and forth to the car park. "Booked as got stuck on the A303, nice staff, great breakfast and hard to argue with the price. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Otherwise would recommend for a cheap stay."
"Beautifully furnished old room up several small flights of stairs (not easily accessible for some). Recently refurbished old pub in a really central location near the Cathedral. Staff were amazing - managing to make us tea & coffee when there was a power cut! Would definitely reommend. "
