Just a comment to the management => My local business partner organized a seminar (rented a room or one day) in this hotel with lunch for 45 people. He joined me in the morning during breakfast and drunk only ONE coffee together with me. I couldn't believe that he got charged for that coffee...

Es ist ein 4 Sterne Hotel am Rande von Klausenburg. Im Prinzip alles ok, manchmal riecht aber nach Kanal (im Hotel), was gar nicht in Ordnung ist.

It may have a 4* rating but the service is not

The reception was great and the receptionists through the stay were polite. However the restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast were slow, absent and gave every impression of wanting to be somewhere else. The food was fine. The beds were uncomfortable - hard and lumpy and we could not get the air con to work so the room was too warm.

Climatizzazione inefficace e rumorosa in camera (pare ci fosse un guasto all'impianto).Letto comodo e bagno piccolo ma con doccia comoda. Good place

It’s outside the city of Cluj. It’s good for different business meetings. There are several businesses around it and they start working early 6am. It’s getting loud sometimes!

A very nice surprise!

Location is not in the center but the taxi takes there in 10 minutes. We stayed there because a seminar in site. The pictures in the website are not pretty so it was a great surprise. The hotel is modern, we stayed in a suite for a nice price. It was big! Buffet was very good and complete. Staff speak very good English. I would go back
