"We loved our stay here recently. Lobby and public spaces are clean and updated and all staff were SO helpful! I booked the “family room” and loved it!! I was confused at booking because it only said 2 twin beds but it actually came with one double bed and 3 twin beds!!! I would suggest fixing that detail for others booking.

"Location good - short walk to everything.
One elevator was broken while we were there which led to long waits and crowded elevators.
The cooling/airconditioning did not work very well in the room - and it was extremely hot. Made the night we stayed there a fairly bad sleep.
Overall - would likely stay elsewhere next time."

"While we were only here for two nights, the hotel was perfect for the end of our 5-week journey. It was convenient. It was not too touristy. The rooms were sufficiently big enough and clean. The staff were amazing from the hotel desk clerks to the waitresses to the restaurant/bar managers. We really felt special and spoiled."

"My family of 4 had a Family Room at the Savoy and it was perfect. Two twin beds and a king. Plenty of room. A big bathroom, tables to put all our bags on and very comfortable beds. It also had a great bar downstairs and convenient parking at the car park across the street that was discounted. Absolutely loved the Savoy!"

"I cannot say enough about how good My stay was. Staff were by far the best I have ever seen. Hotel and the room were spotless. Every Morning I had a traditional Irish Breakfast which was delicious. Unfortunately, there was Heatwave when I arrived 30c which even for an American from New Jersey is Hot. "Everything was as we expected. Well located by the river and a number of good restaurants. The women behind the host desk was fantastic. She worked to accommodate any requirements we had with the most pleasant attitude. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was great every day. When flying out of Shannon I would stay there again."

"My dad couldn’t stop raving about this place. He loved the build of the lodge hotel. Our toilet wasn’t working properly, and the manager came late at night to give us an upgrade. Such friendly staff, and Nelligan’s has a delicious menu!"
