I was confused at booking because it only said 2 twin beds but it actually came with one double bed and 3 twin beds!!! I would suggest fixing that detail for others booking. "My dad couldn’t stop raving about this place. He loved the build of the lodge hotel. Our toilet wasn’t working properly, and the manager came late at night to give us an upgrade. Such friendly staff, and Nelligan’s has a delicious menu!"

"Beautiful property. Adam was very helpful and kind upon check in. Room was nice. Loved the fact that this hotel had air conditioning (we arrived during a heat wave). Plan ahead- there was no mini fridge in the suites. There is a ice machine and water bottle filler, but no ice bucket so I had to walk to the machine with a mug for ice. I'm a somewhat larger woman (16-18 US) and the robes provides were just barely too small so could not enjoy unfortunately."

"Great location and lovely staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable EXCEPT that the room was stiflingly hot. Not warm. HOT. We had two portable fans blowing all the time, which made it tolerable for sleeping. I understand that the weather in Ireland is unusually warm and not the hotel’s fault but damn. 15 degrees cooler in the hallway The restaurant has delicious food and the breakfast was plentiful and inexpensive. "I think I chose the wrong time of year to visit. It was 28c & room 220 had no AC. The window only opened 6 inches. The room was like boiling all night. With what bit of air was coming through was accompanied by the sound of seagulls all night long. So I didn’t get a great nights sleep unfortunately. Glad i was only in that room 2 nights.
