"What a fantastic stay at Kintrae B&B! Jackie and Mike are fantastic hosts and cooks! Hotel building is beautiful, room was great, clean, beds are really comfortable. There was a lovely sitting room looking out to the sea. "Such a beautiful house, and our room was fantastic. We stayed one night and the breakfast was delicious. No problem parking; the grounds were well kept. Jodi welcomed us, and even helped with dinner reservations. I loved the bathrobe touch, and the room was super cute. The price was a bit high, but we only stayed one night, so no discount for multiple nights . We really liked our short stay, and how close it was to walking to a restaurant."

David, the owner, was charming and told us all about the history of the castle and the region. He has gone to great lengths to create a warm, cozy, authentic castle experience! "Clean room, comfy bed. Car park is small but plenty on street parking nearby. Great price. Premises are looking a bit tired and dated but that is fairly reflected in the price. Single room was small but functional. Very close to town centre with a good selection of cafes and takeaways within easy walking distance."

"The property was undergoing a makeover, new carpets etc and was a little bit untidy in areas. Nonetheless to be expected during contractors working there. The staff, especially the manager, were extremely helpful and pleasant."
