"Requested accessible room - it was so far from the main part of the hotel we needed to drive and use a fire exit. In the bathroom the shower seat was rusted and broken, bathroom old, not maintained and dirty. The pillows stank and we needed to request new (which were equally as awful). Bedding cheap and musty. The part of the hotel we staid in is obviously mothballed for most of the year unless there is a big event nearby when they must open it and sell rooms. We were there for Goodwood which...

"The accommodation was clean and well maintained. I have to say we felt the charge of £25 per dog per night extortionate, I understand the rooms may require extra cleaning, but the charge in our opinion is too high. £25 per dog per stay is more justifiable."
