The service from the Staff was fantastic. Alicia at the front desk was very helpful. And James who drove the shuttle went above and beyond. We were looking for a good place for dinner. He took our whole party of 10 to a restaurant in Little Italy that he recommended. He called the restaurant and made sure they could accommodate us and then told us to call him when we were done and he came and picked us up within 10 minutes, The Bartender - Marshall, was also very helpful and fun. The staff here made it a very enjoyable stay.

I always love a hotel with history and beautiful architecture. And this place has it in spades! The staff is also just wonderful. The next time we're in Cleveland we are definitely staying here. And this time I'm getting the Al Capone tour!

Loved this hotel! I wanted to stay in a historic building and this one is gorgeous. My room was so spacious and the shower was real stone. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly.

The architecture was amazing, friendly staff, on site restaurant was very convenient but a little pricey, and the shuttle driver knew his way around Cleveland clinic which took a lot of stress off of us. Would definitely stay there again.
