Everything is so dirty. Old rusty bathroom, uncomfortable bed, sticky floor, nasty fridge, nasty microwave, dusty and stained hair dryer… do I even have to say more?

The first room felt very neglected ,it was so dirty. There was hair everywhere , bathroom dirty and things were falling apart I stayed in room 107. The front desk guy did change my room but put me next to the laundry room I stayed in 113 it was so loud .And as well this room was dirty but better than the last one The card said Lana so Ms Lana needs to clean better or find another job NEVER AGAIN !!! 100 down the drain smh

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a one week stay - in-room heater/air conditioner that’s quiet, a comfortable bed, desk, TV, comfortable chair for relaxing. refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, grab bar in the tub/shower, good quality toiletries and towels. There’s a good variety of items for breakfast. It’s an excellent value and my favorite place to stay when I visit relatives in Independence OH.

Check and Room were okay ... The bathroom was gross. Shower head looked as if it has never been cleaned, the exhaust fan grill was gross and I only mention it because it's at eye level ... I only stayed one night and thankful so because I refused to get under the gross showerhead.

The room was fine and staff was friendly. Had to wait quite awhile to check in. The sign said be back promptly but after waiting for a long time, I had to call the front desk number to ever get someone there. Fire alarms went off twice while we were in bed.

If you enjoy soiled mattresses and absolute filth, this is the place for you! Staff smoke cigarettes (and pot) just outside the “lobby” door, so the smell is horrific. Not recommended. For anyone.

This was the worse experience I have had at this line of hotels The room was filthy, the smell in the hallways and room was unbearable We left and ended up booking down the road when I brought this to the attention of the front desk I was told they had no other rooms and since I booked through a 3rd party there was nothing they could do DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER

Wish history can be overwritten

This hotel is very run down. The elevator is dirty and the door closes almost immediately, making it unsafe. Amenities are misleading — there is no gym despite being advertised. The rooms are in poor condition and need much better cleaning. My bathroom had visible mold, and the extractor fan was both filthy and extremely noisy. Parking is also a problem since spaces are taken up by people from a nearby bar, leaving little availability for guests. One of the worselt breakfast ever seen. Had to get something outside. Overall, very disappointing stay.

nice staff but not the cleanest

Staff was nice and helpful but my room felt dinged up and just not over all super clean. Kind of a weird smell. The fridge was also made a distractingly loud noise
