โรงแรมและที่พักในClervaux

"Al llegar, no recibí ningún tipo de ayuda con el equipaje, el hotel no tiene lobby, y por lo general no hay nadia que pueda colaborar. Corriendo la sábana me encontré con el cubre colchón lleno de pelos!! No había nadie en el hotel que me pudiera ayudar. Solo una persona de seguridad que me dijo que tenía que esperar a la mañana siguiente. Por toda disculpa nos dieron una copa de vino sin cargo."

"The room was spacious and had tea/coffee making facilities. The spa was good, but the shower/changing area was small, and lacked conditioner/body lotion/other toiletries. The breakfast was good."

"Geen airco, was er erg warm op de kamer"

"Familiekamer is heel ruim maar mss een kapstok plaatsen? gedeelde badkamer/wc in een andere gang. Jeugd : WiFi valt regelmatig weg Lekker ontbijt, heel vriendelijk personeel"

"We really enjoyed the meal at the restaurant and the morning Pilates class. Staff were fantastic."

"vriendelijk onthaal. Op voorhand verwittigt dat de kamer beschadigde gordijnen had, maar was prima, zeer reume kamer en alles was super netjes. Opgelet er was wel een beetje water binnen gekomen via het raam met de storm... Ontbijt is uitgebreid veel keuze en lekker. TOP personeel!"

"The hotel was a great location and the staff was very professional and polite."

"-/- Inktvlekken op lakens. +/+ privétijd in zwembad (40 min. per reservering) -/- restaurant gesloten op woensdag +/+prima aanbevelingen m.b.t. restaurants +/+ hottub op kamer"

"Staff was very helpful, the location is far from the center and good for relaxation, just if you have an allergy to nature, it is not good for you. Inge was one of the nicest ladies who helped me lots 🙏♥️ I want say thank you Inge . Emina was fast and organized for cleaning ."

"This was a perfectly adequate place to stay. It's confusing that the rooms were in an annex, a mile away from the hotel reception, it all gives off not-a-hotel-vibes, but we quickly learned, and it was all good. The breakfast was included (great!) but simple. Overall, good value for money, though."

"Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam"

"This was a really beautiful location. The dinner was one of the best we had in all of Europe. On the down side it was the hottest day in Luxemborg in 25 years. There is no air conditioning and there wasn't even a fan in our third floor room, it was stifling hot"

"The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The room was large and very clean. We had two breakfasts and two suppers at the hotel and all were great. We were very lucky to find parking right at the hotel. Great location and saw a major portion of the town on foot. We just happened to be there for the Nut Market that happens on the second Sunday in October. Looked like a lot of fun but we were leaving that day."

"The hotel is an odd combination of minimart, gas station and hotel - but it worked out great. We were traveling through Bastogne to visit the WWII museum, which was fantastic. This was one of the few hotels available. We had our doubts at first but in the end the hotel was perfect for us. Helpful staff, large rooms and well priced. Definitely and good choice for anyone visiting the area."

"Very clean"
