"Definitely returning. Amazing hospitality from the moment you drive up. Food choices could be better at the poolside bar, while food at ocean hai was very yummy, just expensive. all very worth it. Walking distance to pier 60 and many boat tours. Private beach chairs are such a nice perk with reasonable, optional, upgrades. We had the best time. "

"TIKI BAR ON THE BEACH WAS NICE TO ENJOY A NICE SUNSET. SERVICE WAS GOOD. BEACH VIEW WAS OK, SIDE VIEW OF THE GULF FROM OUR ROOM. ROOM WAS AVERAGE, NOTHING SPECIAL. GOT LOCKED OUT IN OUR BALCONY, HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK FOR MAINTENACE TO COME AND OPEN THE SLIDING DOOR. THE FRAME ON THE DOOR WAS BENT AND THAT IS WHY WE COULD NOT OPEN IT."

"Very nice place my only gripe is the check-in time for guests is 4pm which is kind of late when you are flying in ect 3 would have been better we had to sit in the lobby for quite some time waiting on our room to be ready the corner room we were in had a nice view I’d also recommend you put a smokers pole somewhere in the lot to accommodate smokers"

"Overall it was a great location. The pool and beach were really nice, but I don’t think you should have to pay to use the chairs on the beach when you’re already paying quite a bit to stay on the beach. They should be included. The hotel itself was clean, but the floor in our room seemed rather dirty. Our socks were black when wearing them in the room. The toilet would make a gurgling sound sometimes in the middle of the night and the a/c would make clicking noises throughout the night at times....

"Beach was beautiful! Friendly and helpful staff. Many local places to eat nearby. We did have a small incident that we spoke to the front desk about and it was handled immediately and fairly. Would stay again!"

"The beach view was amazing! The staff super friendly. The rooms were clean little out of date. The beds and pillows super comfortable. There was a little kitchen sink, microwave, mini fridge toaster and silverware! Plenty to do on the resort! Plus it’s on an absolutely stunning beach. Everything extra food & drinks pretty costly. But so worth it! We’ll definitely come back!"

"Great location! We were lucky enough to have a room that faced the sunset. It also had a little kitchenette setup, 2 burners, sink, plates etc. Nice amenities, near public transportation and restaurants. I was unhappy that the deadbolt would not engage the door frame & the door was too low to put a wedge alarm under the door. We brought it up to the manager he brushed it off. The electrical outlet/ light switch in bath was loose & ceiling was peeling."

"The private beach is the best part of this hotel. The beach grill and bar serves good food and drinks delivered right to your beach chair. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is well within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Definitely a good choice."
