"We were not able to check in on time because the room was not ready and the staff was unable to provide an estimate on when the room would be ready. Parking when you do not know your room number is next to impossible (parking is assigned by room number but the staff will not provide the room number until your room is ready). When we were able to check in we discovered the room was still dirty and things in the room didn't work. Staff was notified but the issues were not resolved."

"A hidden gem! A nice well maintained little property. Beach access was vey convenient and rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. Kitchen was stocked with dinnewares etc so grilling on the provided grill made for a nice dinner. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We were in a pool front villa I did book a gulf front but the pool and gulf was a bonus my kids loved it! It was a bit busy with the restaurant close to us but it was the best to come out of my room and sit in the sun! "

"Air conditioner kept it cool. Our floors were wet most of the time. I even found water on the night stand. My husband has Parkinsons disease and has trouble walking. The water on the floor made it dangerous for him to walk. The whole room felt damp"

"I have stayed here for over 20 years and I have to say I have never been more disappointed. I understand they are going through construction, but this was a disaster. We had to change rooms because of the filth. When we got our next room it was also disgusting but at that point we just gave up. Are keys never worked, literally went through 10 keys. They shouldn’t stay open until they are finished. Disappointed!!!!!"
