"Everything at this property was great. Very clean and well maintained.."

"Helpful staff"

"The entire place was filthy. Found long black hair littered throughout the bathroom and shower walls, dilapidated furniture that looks to have been used by a dog for a toy, musty odor when entering the room, the front desk staff were terrible, sitting outside smoking while guest waited at the front desk. Never again!"

"Clean comfy room and bed. Coffee and bottled water in the room. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to Gruene and Gruene Hall. We will come back soon. ❤️"

"Nice , clean room and hotel."

"The room was well equipped and overall clean. However, despite being on a non-smoking floor, both the room and linens smelled of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, after returning home, I noticed that all of my belongings had absorbed the smell as well. This was disappointing and definitely took away from an otherwise pleasant stay."

"rooms were dirty, hotel is run down. This is not a recommended place to stay."

"Great"

"Clean room, nice location near restaurants and shopping"

"Customer service was excellent. The lady at the desk upon check-in was awesome and so was the guy at checkout appreciate their hospitality and helpfulness."

"Room was clean for the most part. The carpet they had in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever, not even vacuumed. And the bathtub wasn’t clean, had to clean it myself to get my 1 year old a bath. Had someone else’s hair, and dirt all over it. Wasn’t a fan of the fact that the beds were on rolling frames either, couldn’t sit down without it rolling across the floor."

"the main lamp on the desk did not have a working light bulb. the sheets seemed stained on the side of the bed. Shower curtain was dirty, corners in the bathroom were not clean. Loved the bed, very comfortable. We liked the large shower head."
