"We stayed at Our Valley View Bed & Breakfast for two nights over the Civic holiday long weekend and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The room was spotless, with a comfortable queen bed and rustic decor. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The homemade breakfasts were a highlight — freshly baked muffins, fruit from the garden, delicious farm fresh eggs, fresh brewed coffee, toast and raw honey from their own bee hives and local apple...

"Very welcoming, and clean entrance. Employees at desk were prompt to give us a new key card when i forgot mine. Breakfast was fantastic, with healthy options as well as some bacon / sausage, which is always nice to have. Coffee was good. Rooms were nice and big with good water pressure. "

"Both persons at the front desk were exceptional (at night and the next morning) even offering to assist with luggage and open doors for us. Very unusual these days, so we were very impressed by the staff! "

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, making it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"We had an absolutely amazing time staying for one night with our kids. The room was super clean and had all of the amenities any family could need. The pool was so big, with lots of space for people to sit and watch their kids swim. The breakfast buffet had everything you’d need to feed your family and get your morning cup of coffee in. The staff was so helpful and kind, handing out loaner board games to my kids when they asked."

"Rose keeps a lovely property and is incredibly welcoming :-) She prepared us a fantastic breakfast in the morning. We spent the night in her gorgeous Suite Room on the second floor, which was quiet, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Port Hope. Highly recommended. "
