"The absolute most friendly employees ! Very clean. Get location. The only downfall is no microwave in the room ( they did have one by ice machine ) and the fridge needs to be at least a mini fridge. Other than those small things this place was perfect"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Outside the elevators on our floor (7) smelled like mold/mildew. There was a hair in our shower that was not blonde. We all have blonde hair and it was long so not sure how well shower was cleaned. The rest of the hotel and bathroom was clean! The view and vicinity to the Roxy was amazing! The charge for incidentals was as 100$ a night that is crazy! I am use to 100$ a stay and the only parking option is 60$ valet parking a night which is crazy! Otherwise good hotel!"

"We had a great experience at this hotel for a weekend getaway! The location was such a pleasant surprise. We were incredibly close to the mall, several of our favorite restaurants that we also have back home, and the Metro, which made getting downtown really convenient. The property itself was beautiful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was very nice. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The only downside for us was the rooftop club/lounge. While having a rooftop venue at the hotel is definitely exciting, when the lounge was open, the atmosphere of the hotel changed quite a bit. The line for the lounge funneled through the hotel, and three elevators essentially became one for hotel guests since we were sharing them with everyone heading to the rooftop. At times, the normally quiet and relaxing feel of the hotel became pretty chaotic. We were staying on the 10th floor and actually chose to take the stairs to our room twice just to avoid the elevator line. That being said, this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. We really enjoyed our weekend and the convenience of the location. I just think a more separate or streamlined process for rooftop guests would make the experience even better for hotel guests, especially on busy nights."

"We picked this hotel due to the ev charger being available. However the charger is ridiculously priced. In addition to the 35$ a day parking the charger is $10 per hour. This would be fine is it was a fast charger but it’s a run of the mill 30amp unit and would have taken 9 hours to charge my Volvo. We wound up go to a fast charger instead- after noticing the bill racking up. Pricing is not prominently listed on the charger."
