Stay was great would stay again staff sweet only issue was for some reason my hotel was not charged and end up paying at hotel and hoping I didn’t get double charge other than that everything went well staff was great !!

Service was very poor. No body speak or any under stand English. The room clean no cups . For the free breakfast was terrible. 4 Staffs keep asking our food tickets. We gave it before we order. Staffs are not friendly.

Las instalaciones, la atención del personal son buenas, lo que no me agrado es que nos pusieron a un lado del cuarto de servicio y el personal a las 7:00 am colocará una bocina para escuchar su música, lo cual no me permitio descansar, las almohadas muy duras.

Muy tranquilo y todo limpio, el personal muy amable, lo único detalle no tan bueno es que el señor de la recepción a la hora del check out quería que me regresara por los controles a la habitación pero la gerente intervino y me dijo que no me preocupara que ellos lo verificaban.

Pésimo servicio, cobran como hotel de 5 estrellas y es malísimo. No tienen agua caliente, mi automóvil se quedó en la calle por que solo tienen estacionamiento para tres autos. Después de que pagaste la recepcionista te dice que no puedes usar las toallas si las entregas sucias te las van a cobrar por que es política del hotel. Discriminaron a mi sobrino por traer a su mascota de compañía. No permitieron ingresar al perrito chihuahua aun cuando venia en su transportadora. No permiten ingresar al hotel alimentos ni agua. No lo recomiendo para nada. Apestan es pésimo. No tiene agua para el WC. Cobran caro par lo que dan

El trato del personal es deficiente, llegando nos dijo la recepcionista que si ensuciabamos la toallas y no se quitaba , nos harían cargo a la tarjeta osea multa, en ningún hotel 3 estrellas o en adelante jamás me habían sentenciado en decirme eso, de hotel 3 estrellas se me hace que compraron las estrellitas no lo vale , solo 2 toallas nos pusieron y una de cara , siendo que éramos 4 , se supone que incluye el desayuno pues como mi hija es menor me dijeron que no me cobraron la estadía por lo tanto ella tendría que comprarle su desayuno de lo que viene el menú, la comida está bien , la alberca algo sucia , ya dan de que pensar si no quieren que ensucie las toallas es porque no las lavan , los colchones duros, y edredones negros con calor de 50 grados, en fin no me gustó no volvería a regresar

el servicio costo-instalaciones pienso que esta fuera de contexto, es inseguro ya que el estacionamiento esta a una cuadra del hotel y atraviesas una calle obscura e insegura, Al final entregamos la haibitación tarde 15 minutos ya que tome una ducha y me empezaron a llmar justo a la hora de entrega de la habitación
