Nice hotel

Overall it was a nice hotel. But I expected a better service because of the price we paid. It’s not a cheap hotel. We ordered a cup of tea for room service at night but they brought a dirty lukewarm water and tried to charge 60.000gs which is almost $10. I had to cancel my order.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Ciudad del Est. Não se preocupe com a distância do centro, é super rápido chegar no hotel, e, é uma região super tranquila. O Hotel é muito bom, novo, instalações confortáveis, café da manhã simples, mas, dentro da normalidade, com produtos frescos e reposição rápida. Recomendo muito

Excelente equipe desse hotel, sem palavras para agradecer o profissionalismo e a dedicação, minha mãe teve uma intercorrência de pressão alta severa, o serviço de paramédicos foi de pronto acionado, impressionante a disponibilidade e preocupação da equipe! Sem Falar na qualidade do quarto e hotel, excelente! E ainda tem um restaurante na cobertura muito legal e fica poucos metros de um complexo de restaurantes, super recomendo!
