The property is outdated but the location is very convenient to the friendship bridge and the bus terminal.The receptionist is very helpful but he speaks little English.

A good thing is that is has easy accesibility to the commercial area. Something to improve, the breakfast.... Better if the offer more fruits options.

Clean, closer to shopping, reasonable price.
Clean hotel within short walking distance to shopping. No cloth press iron, n hot water kettle/coffee maker.

We loved the breakfast buffet, yummy! and good variety. The service was great, they were professional, efficient, and friendly. They called a great taxi service for us, who was on-time, trust-worthy, and very knowledgeable. The area is close to the shopping areas.

Great value. Clean. Friendly.
Loved the Paraguayan art collection in the restaurant. Safe garage to park your car with access to hotel without having to walk outside. Friendly, efficient hotel and security staff.

okay hotel
This is an okay hotel. I usually stay in high end hotels but there's little to offer in ciudad del este that is high end so this is as good a bet as any. I'd stay here again if I easily ever stay in CDE again which is unlikely.

A estadia foi incrível. Na verdade foi uma grata surpresa. Eu havia errado a data da reserva em outro hotel e precisei reservar no Convair de última hora. Funcionários atenciosos, instalações perfeitas, quarto triplo com toalhas e shampoo para 3 pessoas mesmo. Impecável. Voltarei mais vezes.

Boa localização, fácil acesso ao microcentro, café da manhã de boa qualidade e estacionamento incluído. Apesar de mobiliário e equipamentos serem antigos, funcionavam perfeitamente e mostravam ser de boa qualidade.

Péssimo hotel
Péssimo hotel, nem sei por onde começar! Vaso sanitário é encostado no lavatório, com isso, vc tem que usar a mesma com o braço em cima da pia, pois não cabe uma pessoa ali. No chuveiro, o mesmo não saia agua, era um fio pra cada lado e muito fraco, a torneira só fechava quando dava uns murros, pois ao girar a mesma não fechava. Colchão mais duro que o chão. Geladeira que não gelava, cortina que deixa a luz de fora passar, ar condicionado barulhento e com LED´s piscando que não te deixam dormir direito. Café da manha fraco de mais. Péssima garagem, um parto pra entrar ou sair! Exigem o pagamento na entrada, não puderam nem mesmo esperar eu trocar dinheiro, com isso, tive de pagar com cartão e ter taxas internacionais. O atendimento de uma funcionaria é excelente, até falei a ela era muito simpática. Ou seja, um 3 estrelas e meia, que deve ser cadentes e só ter a meia mesmo! Não gaste seu dinheiro aqui!
