Casino was great. Check-in process was not the best. self-check-in screen was not working properly, and I never received the text to say my room was ready. I checked in around 230pm and did not get to the room until after 8pm when I went up to a staff in the Lobby to question why I still never received the Room Ready Text. This was unacceptable!

Paying high dollar and not getting the service you get at any normal two star hotel is crazy.
Paid daily room service (fresh towels and bedsheets)
Paid room cleaning after stay (getting a signature on checkin and putting hold on credit card to get charged if room needs cleaning!)
Unfriendly staff?!
Never stay here again.
