"The A/C was acting funny and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work . "

"We arrived to find that our reservation for handicap accessible room was not available even though we had already paid. The elevator is not working and I’m unable to climb stairs - the staff offered us a different room on the ground floor - this room had 2 beds which we didn’t need and bathroom was not handicap equipped - the metal bed frame stuck out beyond the mattress several inches becoming a trip hazard - they also charged us extra for this room since it had 2 beds but since it was on the ground floor we went ahead and took it. This is the 2nd year that our reservation has been messed up - we won’t stay here next year - we will either stop before Semmes or drive further into Mobile."

"Great customer service. Hotel is a little older and looks like some repairs were being made. However, rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly, and breakfast was available. Would stay again."

"The staff was nice. The hotel needs renovating. It did not feel clean. The breakfast was a little less than the typical continental hotel breakfast. Also, my family went to breakfast 30 minutes before the breakfast ended, and there were no more eggs, and they were not replenished."

"Staff very accommodating. First room smelled of pets and was able to move to another room seamlessly. Stayed two nights for a softball tournament and very pleased with final accommodations."

"There was a pair of dirty panties left in the bathroom and hair all over the place and the chair in the room looked like it had bodily fluids all over it. This use to be the nicest hotel i dont know whats happened to it."
