"We got in super late, like 1:00am late. So super exhausted! Front desk was super nice. But when we walked into the room it smelled absolutely horrible!!! Smelled like cat pee. If we weren't so tired we would have left. But we didn't want the hassle of trying to get a refund or changing rooms/hotels so late at night."

"The pool was supposed to be heated and was not. I specifically stayed there for the indoor heated pool because of my arthritis and I recently had skin cancer surgery and can no longer be in the sun. There was a very strong order next to my room. The toilet seat was broke as the desk lamp. The breakfast was excellent, especially the biscuits and gravy."

"My family loves a good summer roadtrip. Living in South Florida, we frequently end up needing a break in Richmond Hill. We've stayed at almost all of the hotels in this area- and this hotel is the best. By far! My family feels safe, I can relax in the hot tub while the kids swim in the pool, and the breakfast is always great! This year we came in with a new celiac diagnosis on board. The breakfast staff went into the kitchen and double checked ingredients for us to make sure my son knew what he could have. We didn't even ask! She overheard us talking and just took care of us! We will 100% be back. I'm tired of checking out the other hotels and wasting my money in Richmond Hill."

"Hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. The first room I was in, air conditioning did not work so I was moved to another room. The televisions had to be manually turn on and off including volume then I was told that every room was different too. The Furniture was old and in desperate need of upgrade as well."
