"Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...

"I have always been satisfied w Holiday Inn until recently, they have new coffee machines. The coffee tastes awful, like vinegar..😫.. And at this particular location, I was looking forward to using the pool, which, was, under construction!! Also, the air conditioner ran constantly! Disturbing while trying to sleep. And I did not have it on the constant fan setting. 😞 I found the bed comfortable, although the other bed was not, for my adult children., I do always like their check out time. 😌"

"This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...

"We were very happy with our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Buda, Texas. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, I really loved the area where the hotel is located and felt safe taking morning walks. I highly recommend staying here."

"Clean room, very cozy and roomy! Friendly staff! Close to everything. Nice pool. Quiet, Nice snacks for breakfast . Family feel to it. Affordable price! No hassle staff. Non-smoking…..Had a food truck on property with authentic Mexican food. Will definitely book again!"

"When we first arrived the employees were very nice and was a good start. Then we walked down to our room and the haul smelled pretty bad and was very hot. Then we went in our room and it smelled like cigarettes. I believe that is from the smoke coming from the halls going underneath the door. People would smoke right outside the doors on both sides. Plus the pool was very very dirty. My son went out there to swim the first day and it was so disgusting."

"Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it."

"The staff were very nice and professional. The room was clean. The elevator wasn’t working but they had called ahead of time to let us know but I couldn’t find another hotel that was the same price or less in the area we wanted to we decided to stay there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us. Good if you like soft mattress, we prefer something a bit more firm. The hotel was a perfect location for our visit."

"Breakfast was below average. Front desk was not very welcoming. Absolutely zero perks. Needed to call down to replenish tissue and toilet paper. No bottled water unless you paid for it. Not planning to stay there again."

"Issue #1: Shortly after we checked in, we learned our toilet was not flushing. My husband used his cell phone to call the front desk... due to the phone in the room not working. We were offered a plunger. Issue #2 : When it came time to shower there was no hot water. During the same conversation about the toilet, the water was brought up. My husband was informed that, the water boiler had to be reset and the maintaince man would not be in till morning. Issue #3: I turned on the shower water...
