Very attractive gated property with a hot tub in a forest like ambience, Luis and Nancy who take care of the place are super nice, very good customer service. Highly recommend it.

Cosy but had unexpected charges

The place is cosy and charming. I wasn’t happy with the keeper and front-desk staff asking for money upon arrival for “taxes” and also refused to provide a receipt for the payment when we had cancelled the total amount already. Also breakfast is supposed to be available from seven but he insisted it was from 7:30 which didn’t suit our plans to catch our flight on time. Then he said he could do an “exception” and would call us at 7 am when breakfast was ready but failed to do so until we went out at 7:15 as we couldn’t wait anymore. The rooms could have a small table and chair in the indoors area. It was lovely to see hummingbirds flying around in front of the terrace. The spa was really nice too

Hotel Not Accomodating, Midleading, Noisy

My flight got cancelled so I didn’t show up until the day after my reservation. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and explained the situation. The lady assured me I wouldn’t be charged for the night since it was out of my control. The next day when I showed up and asked about the issue, I was told they wouldn’t refund me for the first night. Additionally when I checked out they imposed a tax fee, so the price on the hotels.com isn’t accurate. The service, breakfast and overall stay were great but customer service is very poor. It is also right next to the high way and it can get very noisy. I won’t stay here again and do not recommend.

A las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento. Soy consciente de que no reservé un hotel 4-5*, pero el precio no era barato para Colombia y un alojamiento que está en la carretera, al lado de un pueblo. Nos tocó una habitación que tenía humedades en las paredes y por lo tanto, mal olor. Las almohadas decorativas tenían moho y suciedad. Cuando nos alojamos, hacía frío y llovía a mares, en la cama solo habían puesto una sábana. Es cierto que había mantas en el armario,pero de color oscuro y no estaban higienizadas ni guardadas en bolsa. La terraza de la habitación no se podía cerrar desde dentro, por lo que daba mucha sensación de inseguridad. El desayuno no lo probamos, por la falta de higiene que habíamos notado en el sitio y por parte del personal. Por último, reservé y pagué mi habitación el mismo día de la llegada (unas 3 horas antes) y cuando llegué al alojamiento, la misma habitación ya costaba un 50% menos. Una política de precios muy deshonesta con bajadas de tarifa a ultima hora.

Esta bien ubicado para visitar el eje cafetero y valle del cocora si tienes coche de alquiler. La persona encargada de recepción y todo en el hotel muy atento y nos solventó cualquier duda. El hotel pequeñito pero muy acogedor
