Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. Resort will charge you for everything you need extra even water, blanket etc. Size of the studio suite is very small as compared to the pictures shown in hotels.com. Overall, disappointing experience except for the location and climate.

Puncak stay

Hotel has a great view but the room was rather old. Door has cracks and room while has a fireplace it's rather smelly. Staff were nice and offered us a fan. Overall stay was ok.

Nice view but old

The location is fine with very beautiful views of the mountains. However, the hotel was very old. We did request some special requests for anniversary but never met. In general our stay was okay but could be better.

Comfortable enjoyable stay in Puncak

My wife and I enjoyed a three night stay at Puncak Pass. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the food was delicious (we had breakfast each morning and dinner twice). The only negative is that there is currently road construction going on right next to the hotel, due to a recent landslide. However, we were not particularly bothered by the construction. Puncak Pass Resort has been in business for many years. It has been renovated, but still holds the nice mountain resort feel to it.

Amazing room with great view

Staffs were amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. Rooms were really clean although the resort is quite old. We were staying in a 2 bedroom villa and it was great. Breakfast was simple but it was good too. Will definitely come back if we visit Puncak again.

Awesome scenery.

Location was good. Highest peak of mountain which made the scenery breathtaking one. Room was average as the resort is old. Comfort level was not as high as the furnitures and Outlook of room was not maintain. Had a cold night as the fire area didn't burnt the entire night. Overall stay was okay. Good experience.

Schön gelegenes Resort

Ruhig gelegene Anlage in guter Bergluft und mit schöner Aussicht in die Natur. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und groß. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Frühstücksauswahl gut und ausreichend, Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Um die Gegend zu erkunden ist ein Fahrzeug erforderlich. Leider wird der große Pool derzeit renoviert und kann nicht genutzt werden.

편의시설은 보통, 주의 자연환경 및 기온은 양호

룸은 전반적으로 양호했고 깨끗하였으나, 식당의 메뉴가 많지 않았고 음식의 질도 그리 좋다고 볼수 없었음. 그러나 숲속에 호텔이 있어서 매우 훌륭한 뷰를 가지고 있고 무엇보다 공기가 시원하고 상쾌한것이 제일 큰 장점이라고 볼수 있음. 덥거나 추운 지방에서 온 투숙객에게는 가장 좋은 휴식을 제공할수 있는 자연환경임.
