"I will never book with Expedia again. This dump was no where near the destination I wanted. That added to over 6 hours extra travelling and over $120. in added expenses. We booked in, and within 35 minutes we quickly realized this was not the hotel of choice for the entertainment in downtown Toronto, and a mistake was made. Management of this dump absolutely refused any compassion. They offered no compromise and wanted the full rate? We argued we were only here 35 minutes. They said, sorry we...

"We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn in Brampton. We only stayed for 24 hrs but the hotel was clean. The room was modern and the beds were comfortable. Safe accommodated us with a complementary late check out. Breakfast was good with a variety of waffle mix, cereal, eggs, bread, fruits and yogurt. If ever back in Toronto, I would definitely stay again. "

"Check-in was very smooth and quick and the price was low. The security was limited (door to stairs not locked and accessible from foyer before fully entering the reception area).
