"One of the desk workers was absolutely awful....the power went out for my first night that I was supposed to check in so I never was able to check in obviously so they called me a no show when I was there 2 different times to see if their power came back on....so she called her manager came up with other excuses for 30 min then proceeded to tell me she had no room available for my second night that I had a reservation for...I want my money totalling refunded so we will see if thst happens!!"

"I’ve stayed here twice and both times there was an issue. Both times the issues were kind of out of their control but how the front desk staff handled them was really unacceptable. This last time, there was a power outage so they couldn’t honor reservations when I arrived to try to check in. Ok, no big deal, this stuff happens but they told me they tried to call a couple hours ago but no one answered. Again fine, but I asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail and I was just told it was because they were trying to everyone. It only takes 10-15 second to leave a voicemail and say they are having power issues and have to cancel the reservation and if there are any questions to call back. Simple and basic customer service. Instead of giving me plenty of time to make other arrangements I’m left with my metaphorical pant down. Please, just leave a voice mail next time. Easy. "

"Everything was clean and fine until the electricity went out. Everything went downhill from there. The electricity went out yesterday evening and was still out when we had to check out a few hours early because of the blackout. After the electricity went out, all we could do was go to bed. There was no hot water. My husband uses a C-pap machine to sleep and he couldn't use it. Shame on this extended stay for not having a generator. The room was cold. Our food we had in the refrigerator went bad. Money wasted. Everyone who stayed the night should get a refund"
